Our style of physiotherapy incorporates personal, one on one assessment, diagnosis of the injury or disorder, treatment and rehabilitation. Whatever your personal goal; whether to reduce pain, recover from surgery, or return to optimal performance in your chosen sport or discipline, Technique Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine offer the highest standard of care to facilitate our clients achieving their goals. We aim to support clients through to their full recovery and to prevent the injury from reoccurring. We don’t offer a quick fix solution, but implement proven scientific methods and techniques that bring about positive change.

Our team of specialist physiotherapists have an unparalleled wealth of experience behind them, and have a high success rate of helping athletes and amateur sportspeople return to optimum performance. We aren't just for the sports person though, we treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and have a proven track record of helping clients from all backgrounds overcome pain and returning to normal day to day activities. All of our London based health professionals are registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Healthcare Professional Council and as a clinic we are registered with most insurance companies including Bupa and AXA PPP.

Chloe Crisp - Sports Massage
Since qualifying with a BTEC Level 5 in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapies, Chloe has been passionate about helping people, whether her clients are suffering from an injury or just need an MOT massage Chloe is always working to get the best results.

Chloe has treated a range of clients with varying backgrounds and causes of injuries, from office workers to professional athletes, skiers, sailors, armature marathon runners to rugby teams. Sports massage can be beneficial for everyone and anyone.

Chloe has been deeply rooted in sport all her life and has always participated in some form; skiing, swimming, sailing, cycling or general gym going. Chloe also loves going to watch any sport live, enjoys soaking up the atmosphere as well as observing professional athletes in their natural habitat.
Silvia Pedroni - Physiotherapist
Silvia graduated from University of Florence in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. In 2014 she gained her master’s degree in Sport Physiotherapy at the University of Siena, she then went onto Australia for an intensive course in Manual Therapy at the Curtin University in Perth.

She moved to London in 2018 and has focused on her work in the private sector, her interests focus on running assessment and injury prevention. Silvia cares about her clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. In her practice she prefers a multimodal approach including manual therapy, fascial manipulation, acupuncture, exercises, taping and education. She believes that our body is an incredibly powerful system, always able to become stronger after injury.
Inka Oravcova - Sports Massage
Inka specializes in Sports and Relaxing massage, back, neck and shoulders pain, muscular tensions and stiffness, stress and chronic fatigue. She works closely with semi-professional athletes following plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle as a Massage Therapist but also as Health Coach, Nutrition Therapist and Chef.

She is deeply fascinated by all three elements of human being - body, mind and soul - and how closely interconnected they are. In her sessions she is always striving to treat the entire frame. She tailors each treatment individually according to client's needs and works intuitively not only to elevate the symptoms but to heal the cause of a problem.
Marco Bevellino - Physiotherapist
Marco qualified from La Sapienza University, Rome in 2014, on qualifying he worked in the Neuromed hospital throughout a range of departments gaining a wide range of skills and experiences. After his training he started work as MSK (musculoskeletal) physiotherapist. Since moving to the UK, Marco has continued his speciality in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working in a variety of settings for private companies.

Marco is a keen sportsman with a history of competing in swimming. He also enjoys basketball, football and powerlifting. The various challenges and demands in these sports have inevitably meant he has been the injured party himself. This gives him a deep understanding of the frustrations and challenges of taking time off sport, therefore he ensures he doesn’t keep anyone under his care off sport for longer than they need to be.

He is passionate about his job and enjoys the challenge of treating a wide variety of injuries and conditions but has a specialist interest in upper limb biomechanics and walking/gait analysis.
