Mark made the transition to personal training after 13 years of professional rugby in the English premiership and championship leagues as well as 4 years plying his trade in French rugby.

Mark has combined this knowledge with his love for structured weight training and high intensity conditioning to enable his clients to attain their goals.

Hard work, determination and a willingness to learn are attributes that Mark has stuck to throughout his sporting and professional training career and something he demands from those who chose to work with him
