Charity

It is deeply ingrained within the ethos of The Foundry to help those less fortunate. ‘No One Left Behind' is our credo.

In 2017, FIT (Foundry Inclusive Training) was launched - registered charity number 1172728.

FIT's mission is to make safe, effective exercise available to the most vulnerable members of society who traditionally have not had access to it for financial, logistical and medical reasons. This charitable organisation will enable us to expand our community and youth engagement to continue to make a difference to the lives of Londoners.

We are pleased to say that weekdays between 08:00 and 12:00 our Vauxhall gym is open for the use of those on income support. No one else offers free community training for those who need assistance, and we encourage everyone of all backgrounds, ages, shapes and sizes to join our community.

The Academy:

George Benson said "the children are our future”. We say the Academy is "everything we wish someone had told us about fitness when we were kids".

Whether your child plays competitive sport or you want to help them develop their physical skills and fitness, The Foundry's Academy offers significant benefits.

The Academy is the open to all individuals between 11 and 16. In order to join the Academy we require all athletes to complete an Academy Development Course, following which they can attend weekly sessions where our coaching team will assess and monitor their long-term athletic development.

Please call to discuss Academy packages (subsidised places available for those on state relief).
